We know that deviations from the agreed plan,  especially undocumented deviations, thwart your ability to achieve positive outcomes. We train our direct caregivers regarding the details of the behavior plan so they can implement the plan more effectively. We document and communicate behaviors if they do occur so you have the information you need to make better decisions.
