Our services begins with the process of identifying the individual's aspirations.  We build from their preferences and strengths.  Working with the family/guardian, we help by identifying an environment for living, working, education and recreation which will best achieve in the individual's goals.  Our service provision is individualized to meet the needs of each person and is continually modified in light of the individual's changing needs and aspirations

TLC Supported Living Services of AZ., supports the philosophy of supported living and self-determination.  The focus of our services is to enhance the individual's independence and maximize the their quality of life.

Specific services and supports that are offered to the individual are determined by his or her personal strengths, preferences, interests, desires and goals.  The range of particular services and supports TLC offers is comprehensive in order to meet the needs and preferences of each person.

We provide supported living services through various Waivers (Autism, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Developmental Disability (DD) and Support Services (SS).  These services include residential habilitation services, personal habilitation services and respite services.  We operate several Residential DD Group Homes and community based day service programs throughout the state of Arizona.
